At the heart of an organisation’s quality system are processes for monitoring and evaluating its own performance and responding to ideas for improvement to service delivery and administration.
The Continual Improvement Register displays suggestions for improvements to service delivery or business processes that have been received and the action taken, if any, to respond to the suggestions. Processes for continual improvement include improvement suggestions arising from adverse events (corrective action) and improvement suggestions arising from ideas for improving a process before something goes wrong (preventive action).
